I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude for your trust and support throughout the years. It has been a privilege to serve as your dentist.

Unfortunately, I have recently received some unexpected news regarding my health, and I need to take some time to focus on it, in the coming months. This will mean that I cannot currently attend to your ongoing dental needs.

I have been in discussions with Cottesloe Dental, and they have kindly agreed to take over your ongoing treatment and future dental care. They are a highly capable and compassionate dental team that share the same commitment that I have always strived for. Our practice building will be repurposed and is undergoing repairs and refurbishment from the 1st of June.

All dental records will be transferred to them and all appointments after the 20th May will take place at Cottesloe Dental (478 Stirling Highway, Peppermint Grove – 9384 1644). Patient parking is available next to their premises.

I am confident that you will be in excellent hands under their care, and should my health improve, I will return and practice at Cottesloe Dental as a team member.
