I was born in Kellerberrin and grew up in nearby towns, Doodlakine and Tammin, before moving to Perth to attend University. I graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) degree from the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 1983.

Having spent two and a half years in Government dental practice, tutoring dental students at UWA and in part-time private practice, I joined Cottesloe Dental in 1986.

I maintain a general family dental practice with a focus on preventative and restorative dentistry. I am a member of the Australian Dental Association and several special interest groups including the Endodontic Society of WA, Dental Study Group of WA and am a foundation member of the Osseointegration Society of WA. I regularly attend continuing dental education courses and strive to provide a high standard of dental care for all my patients. I am also a Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International.

Aside from dentistry I enjoy a passion for sport, particularly cricket and football and getting away from the city to relax in the country with my wife, daughter and son.
